These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ccc6 ("ccc6," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ccc6 online gaming platform available at ccc6.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

To register and use the ccc6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ccc6, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other licensed gaming platform in the Philippines.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

ccc6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the ccc6 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. ccc6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying ccc6 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

All financial transactions on the ccc6 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ccc6 supports the following deposit methods for the convenience of Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Online Banking: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Additional payment methods as may be made available from time to time

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the rightful owner of the payment method being used.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ccc6 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• ccc6 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to active wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

ccc6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• ccc6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

All games available on the ccc6 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game providers. ccc6 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are available upon request.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, ccc6 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, ccc6 cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ccc6's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ccc6 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward ccc6 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.

All content on the ccc6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ccc6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without ccc6's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ccc6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ccc6 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ccc6's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ccc6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ccc6 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

ccc6 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.

ccc6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to ccc6, other players, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and applicable processing times.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, players may also escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing ccc6's operations in the Philippines.

ccc6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
